That’s her story and she’s sticking to it! Miley Cyrus has said that her and her ex flame Nick Jonas are friends, but nothing more.

“It makes me sad to think that people out there aren’t friends with THEIR ex bf, because let me tell u it IS possible,” she says, ” “Justin and Nick are two very amazing people and they both mean so much to me, I love both of them so much, and they are both very dear to my heart. Justin is an amazing person! He can always make me laugh and has a heart of gold.”

Maybe she is just friends with her ex. Maybe she isn’t. Who knows. If one doesn’t work out at least she has the other to fall back on.

After publicly dissing Miley Cyrus on a sirius radio show yesterday, Jamie Foxx apologies to the teen queen stating, “I so apologize … and this is sincere. I am a comedian, and you guys know that whatever I say, I don’t mean any of it. And sometimes, as comedians, as we do, we go a little bit too far.”

Foxx said some pretty ranchy things geared to Miley , “get like Britney Spears and do some heroin. Do like Lindsay Lohan and start seeing a lesbian and get some crack in your pipe. Catch chlamydia on a bicycle seat.”

After having a night to sleep it off he realized his mistake. He was picking on someone underage, and one of the most famous celebrities of this moment. His apology came out on the Jay Leno show, “I have a radio show. We’re really the black Howard Stern. We go at everybody. There was a situation with Miley Cyrus, and I just want to say, I apologize for what I said. I didn’t mean it maliciously. You know I’m a comedian. You know my heart.”

Damn straight he better be apologizing! Miley Rox!

Uh Oh. Mr Jamie Foxx had some fiesty words for Miss Miley Cyrus herself during a radio broadcast called the Foxxhole. When asked if Foxx knew who Miley Cyrus was he replied with: “Who is Miley Cyrus?”

As someone was explaining who the teenage star was he quirkly responded, “The one with all the gums? She’s got to get a gum transplant!”

That isn’t the best of what Foxx had to say about Miley either. As he went on his insults got worse and even mentioned, “make a sex tape and grow up. Get like Britney Spears and do some heroin. Do like Lindsay Lohan … and get some crack in your pipe … That’s what I want.”

Wow. What a guy.

When Miley Cyrus walked down the red carpet at her video premier for Hannah Montana: The Movie, tweens everywhere screamed with the utmost enthusiasm. Hannah Montana: The Movie premiered on April 9th in Nashville and Miley herself was there to show off.

While smiling, Miley stopped and posed for the cameras as she made her way down the never ending red carpet, stopping here and there for a quick interview or two.

Children were the must-have accessories for the cavalcade of Music City VIPS who preceded Miley/Hannah down the carpet. Martina McBride, with Delaney, Emma and Ava, said, “I think the show is hilarious. My girls love it and I love that I don’t have to worry about something inappropriate being slipped in on us.”

Sara Evans, with new hubby Jay Barker and six of their seven kiddies, confessed, “We just put a flat-screen [TV] in our kitchen. I know it’s redneck, but that’s where we all hang out. I don’t think that TV gets anything but Hannah Montana! It’s on all the time. It’s just cheesy enough to be funny, and it’s not torture for grownups to watch.”

Not in the real world. But say hello to Mileys online movie crush Lucas Till. He will be playing the hearthrob to Miley’s heart in her new upcoming film Hannah Montana: The Movie. The movie is different from her first film Best Of Both Worlds which featured her performances all the way through. Hannah Montana: The Movie is about a girl who gets too spoiled from all of her fame and her dad drags her back to the farm to get a grip on reality.

Lucas Till says, “A year ago the last thing I thought I’d be doing was this right here” . Till grew up being picked on in middle school, so his film debut is a far cry from his school days. “It’s refreshing going from getting picked on in middle school to getting my name screamed out across the street,” he says. “But to go to a friend’s house and see his little sister with a poster of me on her wall, that’s definitely weird.”

About meeting Miley Cyrus in person he oozes, “”I was nervous, I was expecting a different attitude, but she was just a normal sweet girl.”

Be sure to catch this uber hottie in Miley Cyrus’s upcoming film Hannah Montana: The Movie. I’m sure this won’t be this hearthrob’s last stop in his acting career!

Miss Cyrus may love her boyfriend to death but that doesn’t mean that she wouldn’t dig up a little dirt on him if she had the chance.  Miley openly admits that she would most definitely follow her boyfriend around for a day if there was a chance that he wouldn’t find out about it. She mentioned this juicy little tidbit on the Tyra Banks show that is set to air on April 10th.

“I go through their text [messages],” she tells Tyra. “I see if they’re nice to their mom, because if they’re mean to their mom they’re going to be mean to me.” Cyrus adds, “It’s so much better than going through their phone and stuff because they always know.” Spoken like a pro!

Miss Miley and her hearthrob boyfriend Justin Gaston have been found grabbing a seat on the patio for a fun dinner with friends at the famous Koi resturant in Los Angeles. The group stayed around for about two hours leisurely enjoying their meal and talking non stop. Miley didn’t seem to mind at all when a few friends interrupted her for a quick autograph.

Sure, she may have been thrust into superstardom, have gobs of cash and can have just about anything she wants in life. But Miley is just another average teenage girl. In the latest issue of Teen Vogue Miss Cyrus talks about her life, her double life that is, and opens up about her relationship with Mr. Jason Gaston.

“I believe in love at first sight,” she tells the magazine. “It just hasn’t happened to me.” When meeting Justin for the first time she says, ” “I walked right by him. Love doesn’t come from attraction, but from somewhere deeper. [Justin] is my best friend.”

And here lately they have been doing  just about everything together. From recording music to watching disney films.
